What is included in my rent?

Your rent covers the apartment, furniture, in-house maintenance support, and our comprehensive Serenity Living perks package. We also consolidate your utility bills for your convenience, though the utility costs are not included in the rent.

How do I book a viewing?

Simply select a time using our ‘Book a Viewing’ form on the website. Our team will confirm your slot or propose alternative times. If you're overseas or outside Bucharest, we're happy to arrange a virtual tour.

Do you have a waiting list?

If we don’t have an apartment that meets your needs, you can join our waiting list. When an apartment becomes available, we’ll notify interested parties in order of their position on the list.

What lease lengths do you offer?

We offer leases of 12 months to 3 years, with short-term lets available to corporate clients.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Simply contact our dedicated in-house maintenance team through your tenant portal or your assigned point of contact. Rest assured we’ll resolve issues promptly.
